Job Requirements • Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes. • Working independently to solve problems where precedents may not exist and providing new perspective on existing solutions. • Training or mentoring junior staff or new members and providing inputs on performance expectations. • Aiding project management responsibilities in absence of the team leader/ project manager.
