This role is responsible for directing the development, optimization, and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term open-pit mine plans, drill-and-blast designs, and production schedules to support Nevada Projects. The Superintendent acts as the critical bridge between strategic Life-of-Mine (LOM) objectives and daily production, ensuring that all engineering deliverables maximize resource recovery, prioritize highwall and operational safety, and align tightly with processing requirements and operational budgets.
