This role provides strategic direction and safe execution of all daily mining activities to meet production, safety, cost, and quality targets. The Manager ensures that operational readiness and workforce capability strictly align with mine plans while championing a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across Nevada Projects.
