Learn more about our Vision, purpose, values - AngloGold Ashanti About the Role The Superintendent, Health, Safety & Security (HSS) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing occupational safety, health, and security policies, procedures, and behavior-based programs across Nevada Projects. This role drives continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management initiatives to ensure all employees, contractors, and stakeholders work safely and return home healthy every day. As a key member of the site leadership team reporting to the site Health, Safety & Security Manager, the HSS Superintendent partners closely with the VP Nevada Projects, Site Leadership, Operations, and Maintenance teams to embed a proactive safety culture, strengthen risk management practices, and maintain compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and applicable state and federal requirements.
