Additional eligibility rules apply. Overview Rogue is hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Pickers in Columbus, OH. Warehouse Team Members pick, pack, crate, and ship products to customers. Responsibilities • Use RF scanners to identify, pick and pack outgoing customer orders • Use Ipad or PC to perform quality checks on outgoing orders • Follow processes and procedures to ensure order and packaging quality • Lift and carry up to 80lbs • Band and wrap outgoing freight orders • Safely operate electric pallet jacks to transport products throughout the facility • Complete pre-shift inspection to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner • Maintain good housekeeping in your work area Qualifications • Must be proficient in the English language for both written and verbal communication • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and carry up to 80 feet • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • Safely operate electric pallet jacks and other PIT equipment • This role requires continuous walking and/or standing for 7+ hours per day • Strong attention to detail and must be alert to quality issues Rogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace.
