Your Tasks: • Candidate must hold a degree in Food or related Science with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Food Industry in Production / Quality Control. • The candidate should have successfully completed Lead Auditor courses in BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and/or ISO 9001. • The Candidate must have knowledge about Food Porcessing, Hazard Analysis, Pre-requisite programs etc.. • Good communication Skills • The candidate must have thorough knowlede on Quality Assuarance and Quality control system. Certification Requirement: • Lead Auditor training in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and BRC GS Food. • 2 Days course in HACCP. • Food defense and Food fraud training followed by exam. • Relevant PRPs - ISO/TS 22002 series followed by exam.
