Job Description – OHC Nurse Job Responsibilities • Assist the Medical Officer in managing daily OHC operations and employee medical consultations. • Record employee medical history, vital signs, and maintain confidential medical records. • Coordinate pre-employment, annual, and statutory health check-ups. • Provide first aid and support during medical emergencies until the Medical Officer or external medical services take over. • Maintain stock of medicines, consumables, first-aid kits, and medical equipment; ensure timely replenishment. • Coordinate ambulance services, referrals, and follow-up care for injured or unwell employees. • Support organization-wide health camps, vaccination drives, wellness initiatives, and health awareness programs. • Maintain statutory medical registers, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements. • Liaise with HR, EHS, insurance, hospitals, and diagnostic centres for employee medical-related activities. • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of the Occupational Health Centre. Educational Qualification & Experience • Nursing Council Registration: Maharashtra Nursing Council registration mandatory. • Qualification & Experience: • GNM + 3 years of experience, or • ANM + 5 years of experience, or • B.Sc. Nursing + 1 year of experience. Shift Requirements • Should be comfortable working in night shifts ending at 1:00 AM or early morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM.
