Overview As a member of the Paramount Privacy engineering team, you’ll support the day-to-day operational management and implementation of the global Paramount Privacy Program. You’ll put user data protection first by building and supporting scalable tools, utilities, and infrastructure that keep consumer data secure across platforms—including connected TVs, mobile apps, and web ecosystems. You’ll partner closely with legal, product, and cross-functional technology teams to translate complex privacy regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA) into concrete engineering requirements and embed privacy-by-design principles directly into our systems. You’ll take technical ownership of privacy codebases while facilitating automated testing and compliance frameworks across the company. Responsibilities • Partner with legal, product, and technology teams to embed privacy-by-design principles into products and backend infrastructure. • Translate global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) into concrete engineering requirements, technical specifications, and system architectures. • Take technical ownership of privacy codebases and build, enhance, and maintain scalable Privacy infrastructure. • Develop new privacy technologies and extend existing tools, utilities, automation, and diagnostic scripts. • Conduct comprehensive privacy compliance audits across Web, Mobile, and Connected TV (CTV) platforms. • Automate consent management platform (CMP) compliance testing and execute cross-functional integration testing with engineering teams across different business units.
