Overview: Vice President, Office of the CFO, Analytics and Special Projects is a newly created, high-visibility leadership role within the Paramount Finance organization, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CFO. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, ensuring the CFO’s organization runs with discipline, clarity, and focus and also leading high-priority finance special projects. The successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, equally comfortable leading a complex analytical workstream as running a leadership town hall. This person will act as a proxy and trusted extension of the CFO across the finance leadership team and key cross-functional partners, while also protecting the CFO’s time and ensuring the right priorities get the right attention. This is designed to serve as a launch pad into a senior finance leadership role within the organization. The Vice President will gain direct exposure to enterprise-level strategy, financial operations, and executive decision-making, while building the relationships and credibility needed to step into a broader finance leadership position at the conclusion of the program.
