Overview: As Senior Manager, Retail Analytics for the Paramount Products & Experiences organization, you will be a strategic partner to the business, delivering clear, actionable insights that drive growth. You will leverage multiple data sources to inform key decisions, identify opportunities and risks, and help shape both short- and long-term strategies. Paramount Products & Experiences is the commercialization unit of Paramount that brings our Company's stories and characters to life through innovative and engaging products and experiences across more than 50 categories, from toys and apparel to books, theme parks, and hotels. The organization is home to world-class teams of licensing and retail experts, artists, storytellers, and technologists who inspire imaginations around the world. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Insights and Strategic Analysis • Serve as thought partner to business teams, providing relevant data and insights to aid decision-making, drive strategic planning and key initiatives, and inform pitches and presentations • Leverage multiple data sources to generate actionable insights that inform product and retail strategies • Proactively track and analyze retail point-of-sale performance to measure effectiveness of strategies and campaigns Data Reporting and Communication • Share relevant and timely insights in regular weekly and monthly team meetings • Create clear, insightful, and impactful presentations that use data to tell compelling narratives • In partnership with Business Intelligence, support development of data tools to maximize impact • Translate complex data into digestible formats for cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
