Brand/Division Overview CBS Sports is a digital enterprise focused on delivering original sports content and authoritative news and analysis to passionate sports fans across the world through a spectrum of platforms. Role Details We are looking for a new team member who is a self-starter who works well in a team environment and has strong communication skills. He or she either is familiar with the Prediction Market industry or is ready and eager to learn. In this role, you will play a key part in our Prediction Market affiliate content and coverage, building our reviews, news, and sales funnel from the ground up in conjunction with a variety of teams. Your Day-to-Day: • Write, publish, update, and maintain multiple core Prediction Market site reviews and landing pages • Write and publish multiple daily articles with a focus on Prediction Market news, promotions, and bonuses • Serve as a Prediction Market editor, correcting grammar, fact-checking, maintaining compliance, and marketing Prediction Market content throughout our ecosystem • Help plan Prediction Market coverage in conjunction with editorial and marketing teams • Be proactive in Prediction Market industry evolution and forward-thinking for future content needs • Implement and monitor strong SEO best practices for Prediction Market content Key Projects • Provide original, quality content to help launch and grow Prediction Markets Qualifications • Extensive experience in publishing Prediction Market content preferred, but not required • Be a known, trusted name in Prediction Market news, reviews, and promotions with a strong following and trusted reputation preferred, but not required • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and success in development and implementation of SEO content strategy • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends • At least five years’ experience writing and publishing content with reputable media outlets or institutions • Bachelors Degree in journalism, electronic media, or a similar field preferred CBS Sports, a year-round leader in cross-platform sports coverage, broadcasts a portfolio of events on the CBS Television Network, including THE NFL ON CBS; college football, including the Big Ten ON CBS; college basketball, including the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship; golf, including The Masters®, PGA Championship and PGA TOUR; soccer, including the UEFA Champions League and NWSL; and CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR. In addition, the division includes CBS SPORTS NETWORK, the 24-hour cable home of CBS Sports which televises live sports programming throughout the year, including college football and basketball games, UEFA Champions League and Europa League action, Italy's Serie A matches, Concacaf national team competitions, as well as a full slate of original programming and studio coverage. CBS Sports also delivers an extensive lineup of global soccer coverage on Paramount+, including every UEFA club competition match, all Serie A matches as well as Concacaf national team competitions, and produces INSIDE THE NFL for Paramount+. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary Range: $20.0 - 28.0. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
