As a Data Analyst, you will work with data related to user behavior, travel bookings, customer preferences, business performance, and application usage to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools. • Ability to understand and interpret large datasets. • Good attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with product, customer, marketing, or business data. • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage. • Experience with web or mobile application analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus. • Experience in the travel, technology, e-commerce, or startup industry is an advantage. • Understanding of key metrics related to user engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.
