Job Story We are looking for an undergraduate student to work about 10-20 hours a week. We put the emphasis on the student & ensure studies come first. Job Summary A student assistant will carry out administrative and technical tasks requested by a supervisor. Depending on the area the student assistant is employed in, they may assist and mentor other students or provide support throughout the campus in various forms. Job Duties • Answer phones & email inquiries • Stuff letters to mail to current/prospective students • Assist students with technology issues • Help with events (Scholarship dinner, • Count & maintain supply inventory • Display good customer service skills • Cover office – follow open & closing procedures • Assist staff with light office duties Required Education High School diploma or equivalent.
