We are looking for a CRM Specialist to set up, manage, and optimize CRM systems for our clients. You will configure lead pipelines, automate follow-up sequences, integrate CRM with WhatsApp and email, create dashboards for sales tracking, and train client teams on CRM usage. You will work with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and our own in-house CRM product. This role is a mix of technical configuration and client communication — you need to understand both the software and the business process behind it.
