This full-time Registered Nurse delivers direct patient care in both the Medical-Surgical unit and Emergency Department of a community hospital near Wichita, Kansas. The RN assesses and monitors patients, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and provides patient and family education to improve outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit and Emergency Department • Assess patients, monitor changes, and develop individualized care plans • Care for patients with acute and chronic medical conditions • Assist with emergency assessments, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring of ED patients
