Travel Certified Nursing Assistant assigned to a PM shift in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The role provides 5x8 evening coverage, with every weekend required, ensuring reliable and compassionate care for residents. Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on care and daily living assistance to patients and residents. • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. • Help patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation. • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team. • Take and record vital signs as directed. • Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed. • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment. • Answer call lights and respond promptly to patient needs. • Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care. • Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards. • Communicate effectively with nurses, other CNAs, and the healthcare team. • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Qualifications: • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification • Ability to provide compassionate and respectful patient care • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to work independently while following facility and nursing instructions • Comfortable working a consistent evening/PM shift • Must be available to work every weekend • Must be willing to complete facility onboarding and orientation requirements Preferred Skills: • Previous CNA or nursing assistant experience
