School Occupational Therapist provides individualized therapy to students in a school setting, delivering assessments, treatment plans, and progress monitoring to support academic and functional success. The role is part of a 36-week contract based in or near Amherst, NH, offering competitive compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting, including evaluations and personalized treatment plans. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement effective strategies and accommodations. • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy sessions as needed. • Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state regulations. • Participate in team meetings and student-centered planning activities to ensure optimal support. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent. • New Hampshire State Occupational Therapy License. • NBCOT Certification. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting or pediatric occupational therapy. • Experience with caseload management and familiarity with school-based therapy. • Ability to work days on a standard ES schedule. • Excellent communication skills.
