Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive social work services to elementary school students in individual and group settings. • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans. • Identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs and provide appropriate interventions. • Conduct evaluations and provide counseling to facilitate positive student outcomes. • Document and maintain confidential student records and progress reports.
