Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert infection prevention oversight and guidance across the facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. • Collaborate with clinical staff and management to develop, implement, and evaluate infection control policies and procedures. • Conduct regular infection prevention assessments, audits, and staff education sessions to maintain high standards of safety. • Monitor and investigate infection incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate future risks. • Assist in managing facility compliance documentation and participate in infection prevention training programs.
