This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities • Read and understand construction design documents and specifications. • Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work. • Manage cost and design issues throughout project phases. • Coordinate and manage trades, with exposure to BIM processes. • Oversee all purchasing required to support projects, including scope coordination, proposal evaluation, trade negotiations, and contracting.
