Preferred Skills • Customer service focus • Detail oriented • Self-starter Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Shadow outfitting and delivery team leader for new aircraft projects • Assist in completion package reviews to ensure the aircraft is built to specification and completed to Gulfstream quality standards • Assist in monitoring progress of aircraft build and completion process • Assist through aircraft inspection and cold soak flights • Assist with documentation prior to delivery such as Passenger Briefing Cards, aircraft models, applications and subscriptions • Collaborate with various departments to research customer requests • Assist with preparation of the Completion Package to be used as the basis for engineering, constructing and delivering the completed aircraft • Develop knowledge of company product line and aircraft systems • Computer skills in Excel, Word and presentation applications preferred • Assist with development of Customer Delivery Executive and Customer Delivery Associate tools • Special projects as needed Preferred Education Requirement • Seeking a degree in communication, marketing, business management or relative area.
