Your activities • Loading and unloading of the dishwasher. • Clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking stations throughout the kitchen. • Sweep and mop the Lounge and Kitchen area as needed. • Waste away services following recycling procedures. • Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas of the Lounge and Kitchen • Receiving and stocking daily food and liquor orders • Assist the Chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently.
