Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • 10+ years of Commercial Lines experience desired, including experience with complex or high-value accounts. • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Account Executives while managing a complex book of business. • Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty coverage, risk management, carrier markets, and account strategy. • Proven ability to strengthen client relationships and identify revenue-growth opportunities. • Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment, attention to detail, and urgency. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registration • Property & Casualty Insurance License required. • Professional insurance designation such as CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, or AAI preferred.
