LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice. • New graduates welcome where applicable. • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care preferred. • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. • Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.
