You will: • Drive nursing strategy, quality, and operational excellence • Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline teams • Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and state regulatory standards • Oversee staffing models, budgets, and workforce planning • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams • Monitor patient outcomes and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives • Influence executive decisions and support long‑term strategic planning How We’ll Support You Pacific Grove Hospital combines the strength of a national organization with the agility of a community‑focused hospital.
