We offer a full suite of benefits ranging from: Hourly rate is negotiable depending on years of experience, education, and other factors. The general hourly pay range for this role is $14-$17.87. This role does offer a shift differential of $2/hour for hours worked at night and $3/hour on weekends. · Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance · Paid Holidays · Paid Time Off · HSA & FSA · Company Paid Basic Life & AD&D · Disability · 401(k) Retirement Plan - with company match · Employee Assistance Program/Employee Discount Program ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • ​Assist, direct and monitor all persons entering and leaving the facility property. • ​Keep accurate log books, as required. • ​Direct emergency personnel arriving on facility property and maintain flow of traffic during emergencies, such as fire drills. • ​Communicate incoming admissions, visits and deliveries to appropriate staff. • ​Monitor parking area to ensure that no loitering or misconduct takes place, monitor lobby area and do frequent sweeps of the entire facility. • ​Interact with staff and patients in a professional manner at all times. • ​Report any suspicious behavior to the CEO, supervisor or a member of leadership. ​OTHER FUNCTIONS: • ​Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
