Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • Own and maintain manufacturing and materials process documentation, standard work, procedures, and training materials. • Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, current, and properly controlled. • Conduct process reviews and audits to support compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. • Lead Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and process improvement projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. • Identify opportunities to standardize processes, eliminate waste, and improve operational efficiency. • Lead investigations related to process deviations, non-conformances, inventory discrepancies, and manufacturing issues. • Lead investigations, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely CAPA completion. • Partner with Quality, Operations, Materials, and Engineering teams to implement sustainable corrective actions. • Monitor CAPA effectiveness to ensure issues are resolved and recurrence is prevented. • Ensure investigation outcomes and CAPAs are incorporated into procedures, work instructions, and training materials. • Maintain investigation, non-conformance, CAPA, training, and standard work documentation. • Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation and training records are accurate and current. Required Qualifications • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience). • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)). Desired Characteristics • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
