Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you will be responsible for: • Maintaining all models specific to MR Modality Equipment in the assigned area. Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems. • Completing all administration tasks on time. • Ensures timely completion of FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) and PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) inspections documentation for assigned accounts. • Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area. • Having general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area. • Resolving issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. • Collaborating with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding. • The incumbent will be based out of Hyderabad. Educational Qualification: • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). Required Qualifications: • This role requires 5 plus years of field experience in MR Modality is preferred. Desired Characteristics: • Strong oral and written communication skills.
