Stellenbeschreibung What You'll Do • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and features for GE HealthCare MR scanners. • Collaborate closely with representative users, feature leads, systems engineers, and subject matter experts to define and implement innovative solutions. • Develop software within Agile development practices and a continuous integration environment. • Apply modern software engineering principles including software architecture, design, testing, security, scalability, and maintainability. • Contribute to the development and support of distributed and microservices-based applications. • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across software and system environments. • Support continuous improvement initiatives across development, sustaining, and support organizations. • Partner with domain experts to learn and apply complex healthcare and imaging system knowledge. • Write clear, maintainable, well-tested code that meets quality and performance standards. • Share knowledge, mentor team members, and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or another STEM field. • 12+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting production software applications. • Minimum 10 years of experience working with Java/JEE, Swagger/Open API and Spring boot/Spring • Strong experience working in Unix/Linux development environments. • Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications. • Experience building software that interfaces with hardware, instruments, sensors, or other physical devices. • Experience with software version control, configuration management, and build tools such as Git, Perforce, Maven, or Gradle. • Experience working with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins and Artifactory.
