Ce poste est placé sous l'autorité de: Superviseur de la production __ Your Responsibilities • Assemble build and test medium and high voltage electrical vacuum switches utilizing standardized tools and test equipment in the MVR department • Interpret production drawings and work instructions, which include wire schematics, outlines, BOMs and wire diagrams • Utilize internal systems to access drawings and files • Relay any discrepancies/non-conformance related issues to the responsible individual • Complete all documentation and follow specific work instructions as required • Must be able to work in a team environment while interfacing with team members that include product/manufacturing engineering and other internal/external customers • Assist in training other team members as needed • Maintain and sustain 5S processes and safety practices, including the use of PPE as required • All other duties, as assigned Your Background • High school diploma or GED • At least 1 year manufacturing experience • Basic mechanical, electrical, and hand‑tool knowledge • Basic computer skills • Positive, energetic attitude; flexible with cross‑training and overtime • Willingness to learn new processes • Able to lift 40+ lbs • Able to stand or walk for 8 hours • Able to reach, lift, and pull While hourly pay rate is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay starting at $19-$21. 1st shift hours are 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday - Friday Go to myBenefitsABB.com and click on “Candidate/Guest” to learn more Health, Life & Disability • Choice between two medical plan options: A PPO plan called the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan. • Choice between two dental plan options: Core and Core Plus • Vision benefit • Company paid life insurance (2X base pay) • Company paid AD&D (1X base pay) • Voluntary life and AD&D – 100% employee paid up to maximums • Short Term Disability – up to 26 weeks – Company paid • Long Term Disability – 60% of pay – Company paid.
