Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: 4 Main Shift: Third Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 36 Summary: The RN Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering competent, individualized nursing care to patients and families by utilizing the nursing process to augment the established medical plan of treatment. Operating with a strong team orientation, this nurse integrates sound clinical judgment and evidence-based decision-making to address the unique needs of each patient. The role emphasizes exceptional customer relations and professional communication, ensuring that care is delivered with both clinical precision and a high level of service excellence. By maintaining a focus on safety and collaborative practice, the RN Staff Nurse serves as a vital advocate for the patient while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team. Shift: 7p - 7a 4 Main – Acute Medical & Surgical Unit The patients on this 36-bed unit range in age from infants to adolescents, caring for a wide variety of medical, surgical, and behavioral diagnoses. Education/Experience • 1 year of direct nursing experience required. • Associate's in Nursing. Licensure and/or Certification • Active, unrestricted TX Registered Nurse (RN) license. • BLS - American Heart Association.
