The Mission As a Warehouse Full Time - 1st Shift Picker at Viking Coca-Cola, you’ll help keep our distribution engine running fast, clean, and customer-ready. This role exists to protect inventory accuracy, drive productivity, and support zero-error loading so our customers get what they expect—every time. You’ll plug into the rhythm of a high-velocity warehouse—scanners beeping, pallets moving, and orders lining up for delivery. Throughout the shift, you’ll stay sharp on accuracy and pace, keeping product flowing while minimizing damage and surprises. You’ll work side-by-side with a focused crew, communicate quickly when something looks off, and finish the day knowing the trucks roll out stocked, organized, and ready for customers.
