Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20 Registered Nurse (RN) – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinic Location: East Building, 3rd Floor | La Crosse, WI FTE: 0.5 (40 hours per two weeks) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (typically 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) No evenings, weekends, holidays, or call requirements Why Join Us? What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse in our Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Clinic, you will: • Assist providers with Botox injection procedures • Coordinate and manage pain agreements and urine drug screening programs • Support adult and pediatric patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and other complex rehabilitation needs • Provide telephone triage and EPIC in-basket management • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care • Help ensure an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, patient-centered care What You'll Bring Required Qualifications • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher • Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications • One year or more of RN experience • Previous outpatient or clinic nursing experience • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail • Resilience, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach to care What You'll Get • Starting pay of $31.98/hour, with additional compensation based on experience • Predictable weekday schedule with no evenings, weekends, holidays, or call • Comprehensive healthcare benefits and retirement plans • Opportunities for professional growth through our Career Development Center, Tuition Investment Program, and Shared Governance Councils • A supportive, close-knit nursing team that values collaboration, communication, and excellence in patient care About Emplify Health Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
