YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER This is a full-time position based in St. George, UT, with occasional travel as needed. As our Customer Quality Engineer, you'll serve as the key connection between our customers and internal teams, leading investigations when quality concerns arise and driving solutions that improve products and processes. You'll review customer requirements and technical drawings, conduct root cause analyses, lead 8D corrective action efforts, support audits and inspections, maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and analyze quality trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
