SCOPE OF WORK Seller onboarding process: Objective: To handhold Sellers, complete the Company Onboarding Process Roles and Responsibilities: -Seller/vendor/customer communications experience - both verbal & written - Vendor Master Management – drive daily operations to ensure all vendor management requests are closed within agreed TAT - Stakeholder management to resolve escalations and address exceptional scenarios - Understanding of all commercial points like Commission - GST, Commission - Daily Interaction with sellers on commercial topics - Internal stakeholder management - Category / BIO / catalog. Qualifications & Experience - Experience in a multi-step process team - Good knowledge of MS-office and Excel (Basic MIS) - Experience in seller interactions - B.Com or any graduate with skills & preferred experience - Candidates having experience in managing vendor onboarding and KYC preferred - Having experience in managing third party stakeholders preferred - Candidates from E commerce / retail background preferred
