Lead Associate Demand:
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven, and user-centric Manager – Storefront Planning & Analytics to own and elevate the Myntra Club storefront (combining Below-The-Line/BTL initiatives and the dedicated in-app shopping experience).
In this role, you will stand at the intersection of consumer trends, UX design, data analytics, and growth strategy. You will track what’s buzzing in the branded and premium fashion segments, partner with UI/UX teams to build an elite "experience-meets-commerce" ecosystem, and work closely with category leads to curate compelling stories, events, and IPs that drive engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Storefront Experience & UI/UX Strategy
•
Best-in-Class Experience: Collaborate directly with UI/UX design and product teams to build and maintain an immersive Myntra Club environment that balances premium brand aesthetics with frictionless commerce conversion.
•
Trend & Premium Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of macroeconomic and consumer trends within the branded and premium fashion/lifestyle segments to continuously evolve the storefront narrative.
•
Category Discovery & Storytelling: Work cross-functionally with diverse category teams to source engaging content and brand stories, deeply understanding and solving their unique product discovery needs.
2. Analytics, Search & Performance Optimization
•
Platform & Search Insights: Monitor platform search trends, user discovery patterns, and search/sort reporting to optimize product visibility across the Myntra Club funnel.
•
Structured Problem Solving: Drive strategic decisions by formulating hypotheses, structuring complex business problems, conducting deep-dive data analyses, and delivering clear executive reporting.
•
Portfolio Health: Develop, roll out, and maintain 360-degree performance dashboards to track platform and category-level metrics, helping leadership isolate friction points and double down on high-growth areas.
•
Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to raw data to generate actionable insights, forecasting models, and clear business impact reports.
3. Growth Initiatives & Stakeholder Influence
•
Flagship Events & IPs: Conceptualize, launch, and scale high-impact growth initiatives, signature shopping events, and exclusive IPs for Myntra Club.
•
Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence key internal stakeholders across Category Management, Central Planning, Marketing, and Tech to align on strategic roadmaps and achieve top-line goals.
•
Business Prioritization: Partner with executive leadership to establish a clear, prioritized list of growth needs across various business segments.
Qualifications & Experience
•
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related quantitative field from an accredited university or college.
•
Experience: 2+ years of direct experience in e-commerce analytics, digital storefront strategy, or category planning.
•
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Advanced MS Excel is strictly required. Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and data visualization frameworks is highly preferred.
•
Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of synthesizing data into stories for senior stakeholders.
•
Execution & Ownership: Highly self-motivated and results-oriented; able to operate independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
