Delivering Solutions that Matter: • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing treatments while following physician orders and individualized care plans. • Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life by assisting with daily care needs, mobility, and personal routines while promoting dignity, choice, and respect. • Use your clinical expertise to make a difference by monitoring residents' health, recognizing changes in condition, providing wound care, and accurately documenting assessments, treatments, and outcomes. • Partner with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and update individualized care plans that support each resident's unique needs and goals. • Help create a safe and supportive environment by following infection prevention practices, safety standards, and facility policies while serving as a trusted resource for residents and fellow team members.
