Qualifications: • 5–10 years in manufacturing; supervisory experience required. • Paper or food industry experience preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • High school diploma required, technical degree a plus. • Physically able to meet job demands. • Able to work a rotating schedule to include nights, weekends and potential holidays.
