The Production Team Lead will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Position Details • This position is located in Garland, TX • Must be within commutable distance to Garland, TX • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30 - 9:30pm Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma and 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor’s degree • Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry • Experience in production supervision • Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment • TPM experience • Proven interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint) • Experience with SAP Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
