• Assess the social, emotional, and family needs of beneficiaries. • Provide guidance and basic counselling to beneficiaries and their families. • Coordinate rehabilitation and community-based support services. • Conduct home visits and follow up on beneficiaries’ progress. • Maintain beneficiary records, case histories, and reports. • Assist families in accessing government schemes, welfare benefits, and community resources. • Coordinate with rehabilitation professionals, healthcare providers, and local authorities. • Conduct awareness programmes and community outreach activities. • Support the social integration and independent living of persons with disabilities. • Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer.
