Supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by completing opening and closing procedures in the store in their absence. The keyholder assists customers in the store with repairs and by selling product. They will also perform tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager including inventory counts, cleaning, merchandise display, etc. Excellent customer service skills, sales skills and organization are necessary to be successful in this position. • Sales - greeting customers as the come into the store, assessing their needs and making suggestions to meet their needs. Following up with customers on recent sales or items they show interest in. • Customer service - following up on repairs and calling customers with estimates. • Inventory duties assigned by manager including case counts. • Opening and closing the store.
