WHY JOIN SUNLAND? • Competitive salary • 401(K) match after 30 days of employment • Work/Life Balance and Community Involvement • Comprehensive Health Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision • Award Winning Peers & Projects • A Foundation Built on Safety ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Operate scrapers, loaders, and Gannon boxes. • Perform rough and finish grading activities. • Move, spread, and balance soil materials. • Load and stockpile aggregates and construction materials. • Prepare subgrade and base for asphalt paving. • Read grade stakes, plans, and GPS guidance systems. • Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks. • Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements. • Assist with excavation, backfill, and site preparation. • Support civil and asphalt crews to meet project schedules. • Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • A high school diploma or GED is preferred. • 1-3 years Equipment Operator experience with scraper, loader, and gannon preferred. • Ability to speak read and write English is preferred.
