Responsibilities: • Hands-on experience in Fatigue durability testing. • Ability to understand vehicle component characteristics and drawing, ability to operate UG software. • Ability to do strain gauging, WFT setups, data acquisition on track. • Ability to operate GlyphWorks, TCE and RPC software. • Understanding of Hydraulic actuator and setup functionality for durability lab requirements.  Coordination with CAE/ design team. • Ability to operate Road load simulation Rigs, ensuring accurate testing simulation. • Root cause failure analysis for durability and strength testing. Technical / Functional: • Strong fundamentals and knowledge in related functional areas i.e. CAE/ suspension design/ sheet metal/ knowledge of materials, theory of elasticity/ plasticity. • Knowledge of basic instruments i.e. accelerometer, LVDT, Strain gauging, Load cell. • Exposure to physical testing and ability to understand test conditions. • AI/ML and Automation scripting use in testing (optional exposure).
