Job Title: Green Energy Projects Manager Job Location: Kharkhoda / Manesar / Gurgaon Required Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics Engineering) Required Experience: Diploma: 10 - 16 Years B.Tech: 2 – 7 Years Job Responsibilities: · End-to-end execution of solar projects from tenders to commissioning. · Conduct detailed feasibility studies, energy yield assessments, and financial analysis. · Supervise & manage site activities, Safety checks & compliance, Project activity reporting · Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. · Supervise contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. · Ensure compliance with regulatory approvals, grid connection requirements, and safety standards. · Review layouts, electrical designs, and Energy Scheduling / Open access approvals + grid connectivity (11kV/66kV/132kV). · Engage with regulators, utilities, and internal utility teams. Competencies / Skills: · Expertise in solar utility scale projects, transmission and distribution at EHV and MV level. · Proficiency in design and simulation tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, Zira). · Strong project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, risk management). · Leadership and team management capabilities. · Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills. · Knowledge of SHO-SHO KE-TAN-BI and PO-KE-TE-NA-HA-SI concepts. · Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance. · IS Standards related to Electrical systems, Open access Regulations & Procedures Must Have: · Utility Scale Solar Installation (Min 1 Mega Watt) · Able to understand and Implement Electrical Drawings. · Experience in Electrical Projects. · AutoCad, MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel) · Ability to initiate Tenders and commission end to end projects. · Costing and Budget Estimation. Nice to Have: · Energy Scheduling · Open excess approval · Execution of Transmission line (11KV / 33KV / 66 KV / 132 KV / 220 KV) · Engage with Regulators, Utilities and internal Utility team. · Familiarity with Carport Structure Solar. · Familiarity with Discom Bills, ISTS / GNA Regulations.
