Logical thinking, written and verbal communication. 2. Excellent coordination, networking and liaising skills with concerned stakeholders. 3. Excellent Knowledge about Statutory compliances - all relevant Factory/Labor/Trade Union and other laws concerning employees such as PF/ESI/Bonus/Gratuity etc. 4. Proficient in use of MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP & SAP.
