Job Requirements Sales planning: 1.Focus on driving revenue growth and driving target vs achievement. 2.Provide inputs to the ABM to consolidate the potential sales on the stores and develop the annual business targets. 3.Develop and seek approval on the manpower norms for the store with the ABM. 4.Create and propose the annual budgetary requirements for store profitability. 5.Analysis of the competitive scenario in the store vicinity and plan the right strategy to mitigate the threat from competition. 6.Driving high profitable category shares including studded, OPKP 7.Driving adoption and growth of Jewellery purchase plans. 8.Coordinate with the corporate teams to enhance the effectiveness and reach of the scheme. 9.Drive growth in customer base through building blocks and BTL in catchments.
