(FCCI) is looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Project Accountant to join our growing team. As a Project Accountant, you'll play an important role in supporting our projects from startup through completion. You'll work closely with project teams and management, helping ensure accurate job costing, timely subcontractor payments, and smooth financial operations. What You'll Do • Manage project accounting activities, including job costing and project financial reporting • Process and manage subcontractor invoices and payments • Assist with project startup and setup • Work collaboratively with project teams and all levels of management • Participate in weekly progress meetings and project turnover meetings • Help identify and resolve accounting and project-related issues • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail What We're Looking For • 3+ years of construction accounting experience • Hands-on experience with job costing • Experience processing subcontractor invoicing and payments • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word • Experience with job cost accounting software • Experience with Viewpoint, HeavyJob, and/or Access is a plus • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with team members and management at all levels • A dependable, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities Why Join Flippo?
