Looking for a job that's active, meaningful, and anything but boring?
If you'd rather spend your day making a difference, building relationships, and getting out in the community than sitting behind a desk, this could be the perfect fit.
Starkey is hiring Program Trainers to join our Day Program on our Wichita campus. In this role, you'll support adults with disabilities as they build independence, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences both on campus and throughout the community.

What You'll Do
• Support adults with disabilities in a fun, engaging day program environment
• Teach social, communication, and independent living skills
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as needed
• Accompany and participate in community outings, including trips to parks, museums, libraries, restaurants, community events, Exploration Place, the Sedgwick County Zoo, and more
• Encourage individuals to build confidence, explore interests, and connect with their community
• Work alongside a supportive team dedicated to helping individuals reach their goals
