Role Overview • We are seeking candidates who have Strong functional/application support engineer with hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance experience. The role requires hands-on expertise in Finance skills including Timesheets, Number Sequence, Project Accounting/Expense Reports, Financial Reporting and localization areas.. Minimum Qualifications • Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O functional support experience • Strong knowledge of: • General Ledger • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable • Cash & Bank Management • Fixed Assets • Financial Reporting • Period close / core finance processes • Ability to troubleshoot configuration, posting, transactions and application behavior • Understanding of roles/security and Finance application configuration • Experience handling production/customer issues • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills Good to Have Skills • Project Accounting / Project Operations • Expense management / Timesheets • Number sequences and workflows • Country/localization experience • Understanding of F&O integrations with Dataverse / Power Platform • Exposure to Dual-write and data entities Time of operation: This team will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster.
