The Position EverGRO is hiring a part-time Farm Store Associate in Upperville to support customers and keep the store running smoothly during busy hours. Key responsibilities include: - Assist customers with product questions and solutions - Run the register and handle checkout, exchanges, and returns - Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and support inventory counts - Load/unload deliveries and customer purchases; operate a forklift as needed - Fill propane cylinders - Maintain a clean, professional, and safe store/warehouse Required qualifications/skills: - No previous experience required; agriculture interests (horses, cattle, gardening, plants, small animals) are a plus - Willing and able to operate a forklift, lift product, and work indoors and outdoors - Valid Driver’s License - Availability to work 3–4 days/week during store hours; preference for closing shifts and rotating Saturdays Apply now if you want steady part-time hours and hands-on work in a farm store setting.
